Service Policy

Warranty, returns, shipping, and after-sales service policies for HydroLync products

Product Warranty

HydroLync provides warranty coverage against manufacturing defects and material flaws for all products.

Warranty Period

  • Oil Coolers (Air/Water-cooled): 12 months from commissioning
  • Accumulators: 12 months from commissioning
  • Plate Heat Exchangers:12 months from commissioning
  • Accessories & Consumables: 12 months from using

Warranty Coverage

  • Material and workmanship defects arising from the manufacturing process
  • Product performance failures under normal operating conditions
  • Product specifications that differ from the factory data sheet

Warranty Exclusions

  • Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance
  • Defects resulting from failure to follow the operating manual
  • Products modified or repaired without authorization from HydroLync
  • Normal wear and tear, and consumable parts
  • Damage caused by contamination of the working medium
  • Use exceeding maximum allowable pressure or temperature ranges
Note: Proof of purchase (invoice, purchase order, etc.) is required for warranty claims. Please submit warranty claims in writing (including email).

Returns & Exchanges

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products are non-returnable

Exchanges

  • Products damaged during shipping or incorrectly delivered will be exchanged free of charge
  • Products with confirmed manufacturing defects will be exchanged or repaired at no cost

Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@hydrolync.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping: Dispatch within 2-5 business days after order confirmation (stock items)
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination
  • Custom Products: Delivery schedule provided separately
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Product selection and sizing assistance
  • Accumulator gas charging and pressure testing services
  • Cooler performance inspection and maintenance guidance
